Meet Steve Gamble
PropertyPoint is a facilities management and health and safety consultancy with an emphasis on providing a bespoke, personal service.
Steve Gamble, Managing Director, has over 25 years experience in engineering & facilities management.
He is a full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the British Institute Facility Management and Associate Chartered Institute Of Building Service Engineers.
The services we provide include full facilities management service, writing and implementing environmental plans and business continuity plans, change management, refurbishment of mechanical and electrical plant and services, health and safety policies and audits and training in various aspects of health and safety.
Steve's experience prior to forming PropertyPoint included facilities management (hard
and soft services) of multi-site Luxury Retail and commercial companies across
England and Ireland, property portfolio strategy and management, refurbishments,
design and fit-out projects and management of health and safety.
